Lynn loves carrot cake and we love her. This carrot cake is moist, rich, and made fresh with local carrots. We use a butter cream icing to balance out the savory cake with a creamy sweet top layer. Sold in individual two serving pans!
Ingredients:
Carrot Cake: carrots, all-purpose flour (Unbleached Hard Red Wheat Flour, Enzyme), granulated sugar, brown sugar, raisins, vegetable oil, pineapple, egg, ground cinnamon, imitation vanilla extract (water, sugar, caramel color, artificial vanilla flavor, and citric acid), baking soda
